The Peugeot Paris Mills are made from beech wood in France. Peugeot offers a lifetime warranty on the grinding mechanism, for added peace of mind.
You can adjust the grinding mechanism by tightening or loosening the knob (or crown). For finer grinding, turn the knob clockwise. For coarser grinding, turn the knob in an anticlockwise direction.
